We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Chinnydipper Australia. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or refund for you.
WHATS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 14 days of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (excluding any delivery charges) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked.
These items returned should be in their original condition. Please remember not to remove any labels / barcodes or tags attached to the items, or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the items.
All goods will be inspected on return and we try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
Just completed your order but changed your mind? No problem – you can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact us at info@chinnydipper.co.au to cancel your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE ITEMS OR THEY DO NOT FIT?
No problem. Just send the item back to us and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please fill in and enclose the Returns Note that was included in your package
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Unless you have an offer providing free returns which we run from time to time, then you will have to pay for return postage yourself. However, we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING CHEAPER OR MORE EXPENSIVE?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. That seems fair to us!

THE LEGAL BIT
If you return any item purchased from the website within 14 days, subject to any damage to the product not being due to your negligence, it will be taken as a cancellation of your order, or relevant part of your order
Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not be yours until the 1 month post - delivery period has expired.
When we receive returned goods, Chinnydipper Aus will refund you in full the amount you paid for them (less the postage) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. You must, however, return the goods to Chinnydipper Aus on cancellation so that we can do this.
LIABILITY
Chinnydipper Aus's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of goods supplied by Chinnydipper Aus to the customer. Chinnydipper Aus shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Chinnydipper Aus cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website or on the garment. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
